走班 non-graded classrooms Nongraded education is the practice of teaching children of different ages and ability levels together, without dividing them (or the curriculum) into steps labeled by grade designations. Children move from easier to more difficult material at their own pace, making continuous progress rather than being promoted once per year. Curriculum and teaching practices are developmentally appropriate. Integrated curriculum fosters children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth (Gaustad 1992a).

Nowadays it's not surprising to see that a growing number of schools allow students to choose their own teachers for certain courses based on their interests and abilities.

There are many reasons for its popularity.

First of all, being exposed to different teachers and diverse teaching styles, students will learn better with their favourite teachers. Thus, the schools can meet the demands of students of different levels perfectly. What's more, many teachers feel that the reform can help improve students' confidence and individual talents.

In my opinion, it goes without saying that it really arouses students' interest in study, so i am in favor of this reform. But just as a coin has two sides, it also has some problems, for example, the management of classes many not be easy.

Nowadays, with the growing popularity of the Apps, many students are paying less attention to their handwriting. According to the recent survey, about 85% of the middle school students think their handwriting is poor.

Some students say that they are so busy with the study that they have no time to practice. Some students think practicing handwriting is of no use.

Just as the saying goes, writing style shows the man, bad handwriting will definitely ruin image.

So some meansure should be taken to improve handwriting. For example, we can start a handwriting competition to make more people aware the importance of it. What's more, the teachers should give students some tips about how to write well. Finally, we should encourage students to keep trying, even though the result is not obvious in a short time.

Nowadays, an increasing number of high schools offer a wide range of selective courses for students to choose from, such as phhotographing, karate, sewing and so on. These courses make the school life more colorful.

There are many reasons for the popularity of the selective courses. Some students choose slective courses just to get more knowledge, so that they could be well-prepared for the future job hunting, and find a satisfactory job. While others just want to extend their interests they believe that the knowledge in the textbook is limited, thus, they choose more courses in order to make sure that they can enjoy a more meaningful life.

As far as I am concerned, i just want to learn more knowledge for my future life and job. I just want to be a man with sharp, vivid and imaginaive mind, that's why i take the course about how to design robots. It's so interesting and exciting that I never feel bored in the class.
