Highlights of My Senior High

A lot of things have taken place during the past three years and most of them are forgotten. Yet one of them keeps coming across my mind and highlights my entire senior high.

After the enrollment of the high school, I started with curiosity of learning new knowledge and eagerness of making new friends. Weeks passed, I failed to make any friends as I expected and I felt lonely. It was tough until a classmate of mine, who became my best friend later, asked me to join a football team he started. Then I became a member of the team and began practicing with many peer students I couldn’t even recognize. Soon after that I made one friend, two friends, a team of friends and even more.

I appreciate his offering me such a precious opportunity to communicate with others even if he thought that he did nothing. He, the team, and all my friends are the highlights of my senior high.
