There are about fifteen hundred languages in the world. But 36 a few of them are very important. English is one of these. Many, many people use it, not only in England and the US, but in other parts of the world. About 200, 000, 000 people speak it as their own language. A report, published in last week’s Journal of the American Medical Association, offers a picture of how risky it is to get a lift from a teenage driver.
