Dear Bill,

How are you doing?

I’m writing to inform you of something concerning the Art Festival of our school.

It was on September 28,2014 that the performers gave a wonderful performance to an audience of over 2000 teachers and students. Some sang, some danced and others played different instruments which they had practiced hard many times. Unfortunately, we were enjoying their performances happily when it began to rain. What’s more, it rained more and more heavily. However, nothing could prevent them from continuing their performances. All of them just tried their best to perform until the end of the Art Festival. How brave they were!

I’ll appreciate it if you can tell me about your after-school activities.
